Azzawiya Oil Refining Company Inc., Azzawiaya , Great Jamahiriya intends to invite tenders from well reputed International Engineering Consultants for Harbours to provide Engineering, Contracting and Management Services for the Supply & Construction of a fully protected Harbour Project. The project is primarily intended to increase the capacity to handle crude oil, various refined products, asphalt and LPG. The project shall include, but not be limited to, new sheltered berths, associated petrochemical handling facilities, bunkering facilities, breakwaters and other related civil, mechanical, electrical, instrument and communication works.

The new tanker berth shall be designed to serve LPG tankers up to 5000 DWT, product tankers up to 70 000 DWT and crude oil tankers up to 150, 000 DWT.

Those Engineering Firms specialized in Harbor Projects, who are interested in the above mentioned works, should send their complete Prequalification Documents including Company Profile, brochure, details of previous works carried out worldwide and in Great Jamahiriya, details of similar works carried out in the home country and overseas, registration number of the company in Great Jamahiriya, if any, to the following address:
